Best anime: Rising Impact

Rising Impact’s first season premiered in June 2024 and quickly became a hit. The good news for fans is that it will be returning soon with Season 2 on August 6. If you haven’t watched the anime yet, it is about a third-grader named Nanaumi Gawain, who lives with his grandfather in Fukushima.
He dreams of becoming the best baseball hitter in the world; however, fate leads him to a successful career in golf after a professional golfer, Kiria Nishino, recognizes his talent. Rising Impact was featured in our best anime list of June as well, and if you are a sports fan, you definitely shouldn’t miss it.
Best anime: Kimi ni Todoke: From Me to You

Releasing on August 1, Kimi ni Todoke: From Me to You teaches us to never judge a book by its cover through the story of Kuronuma Sawako. She is one of the kindest people on earth; however, because of her looks and creepy smile, fellow students are afraid of her. They think that she can see ghosts and can curse others, hence she goes by the nickname Sadako at school.
However, one day a popular boy named Shota Kazehaya-kun becomes her friend and her world changes when he starts talking to her. Over the time, she makes Ayane Yano and Chizuru Yoshida Kazehaya’s help and they help her in tackling the bullies and understanding her feelings for Kazehaya.
Best anime: Terminator Zero

Terminator fans, you’re in for a treat as Terminator Zero will be releasing on August 29, to give you a taste of the legendary movie icon’s action in the form of the anime. It features the story of a future soldier who travels back in time to 1997 to protect a scientist, Malcolm Lee, who is working on an AI system to counter Skynet’s upcoming attack on humanity.
However, a relentless assassin from the future is coming for him and his three children, changing their lives forever. You can watch the official trailer of Terminator Zero below.
Best anime: Fairy Tail 100 Years Quest

Fairy Tail 100 Years Quest is sequel to Hiro Mashima’s Fairy Tail series, in which you will witness Natsu and his friends continue their adventures after defeating Acnologia and Zeref. This time, they are given a task by ELefseria, the last member of original Magia Dragon, and their goal is to defeat Five Dragon Gods.
However, Touka, the newest guild member has different motives that make their job next to impossible. From there, you will watch them overcome all the hurdles in their way with the power of their friendship, making it perfect anime to enjoy with your buddies.
Best anime: Delico’s Nursery

If you are a lover of the supernatural genre, then Delico’s Nursery should be on your list for this month. The story focuses on Dali Delico, who is an aristocrat from a prestigious family and an elite member of the Blood Pact Council. He is ordered by the council to carry out a mission, but he bluntly refuses, seemingly to take care of a young child.
Meanwhile, multiple vampires get murdered presumably by an anti-social group named Pendulum, hinting at a direct connection to Dali’s past.
You will then witness Dali and his fellow vampire completing their noble duties while trying to handle the responsibilities of a child in the Gothic world. Delico’s Nursery will be available for streaming on August 8.
Best anime: Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian

Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian recently was released on July 24 and it has already achieved the top spot in Anime Trending’s Charts. This romantic comedy gives us a glimpse into the romantic life of the most popular girl in the school, Alisa Mikhailovna Kujou, and an average boy Masachika Kuze.
The half-Russian half-Japanese girl has stolen the hearts of almost every boy, except his benchmate Masachika Kuze. He is the only person in the entire school to get Alisa’s attention, as she is harsh on him in front of everyone, but shows her affection in Russian.
Masachika pretends not to understand Russian for fun and gradually their witty friendship turns into a romantic relationship.
