The episode began with Momo, Okarun, and Aira Shiratori at the nurse’s office, being questioned about why they were found naked in front of Class 2D. The nurse asked if they were being bullied and urged them to come clean.

The trio denied bullying, and the nurse was summoned to the teacher’s office. Left alone, Momo and Aira began panicking about being labeled as weirdos by the school.

At the same time, Okarun became preoccupied with his theory that the aliens were targeting him for Turbo Granny’s powers.

Okarun explained his belief that aliens hadn’t invaded Earth yet because yokai and demons posed a genuine threat to them. He speculated that the aliens were gathering research on yokai and demons to adjust their advanced technology and eventually take over the planet.

This led him to insist they needed to locate the other golden ball before the aliens could find it.

After Okarun’s explanation, Momo and Aira returned to their social predicament. Aira declared she would blame everything on Momo to avoid trouble, and Momo, unfazed, said she didn’t care anymore.

After Aira left, Momo confronted Okarun about the situation with Aira just before the Serpoian aliens attacked. Okarun admitted he had secretly been working out to impress Momo and become more helpful to her.

Before Momo could respond, her friends interrupted and confronted her about what they perceived as a lover’s quarrel involving Aira and Okarun.

Meanwhile, in Class 2D, Aira’s classmates were rallying against Momo, believing she had bullied Aira. To everyone’s surprise, Aira confessed that many negative rumors about Momo originated from her. The revelation shocked the class but successfully defused the situation.

As Aira and Momo discussed the matter, the alien boxer Chiquitita appeared, explaining that he needed money for his family. Before a fight could break out, Chiquitita collapsed.

Momo brought the alien back to her house, where Seiko encountered an alien for the first time. After receiving medical attention, Chiquitita promised never to attack them again.

Over a shared meal, he revealed that his son was gravely ill and needed new blood every day to survive. He explained that his wife had already succumbed to the same illness.

Moved by the alien boxer’s plight, Okarun offered to help, but Momo pointed out how complex the situation was. Chiquitita needed a stable income to provide daily treatment for his son. However, the alien insisted they had already done enough and refused to impose further.

Before he could leave, Seiko discovered that the alien’s “blood” was cow milk. Relieved, the group quickly arranged for him to take an entire cow back to his home planet to save his son.

Before departing Earth, Chiquitita promised to return as an ally if they ever needed his help. Afterward, Momo, Okarun, and Aira asked Seiko to buy them new school uniforms, as their previous ones had been lost during the alien attack at school.

The episode ended with an unexpected visitor at the Ayase household: Jiji, Momo’s childhood friend and first love.
