Dandadan episode 3 is gearing up to take the chaos to the next level with even more wild battles against spirits and aliens.
After the explosive showdown in episode 2, where Momo Ayase and Ken Takakura barely survived their clash with a vengeful spirit, things are getting even crazier.
The quirky duo’s unlikely partnership is tested as they enter the world of bizarre supernatural threats. With aliens still on the hunt and spirits lurking in every shadow, the dynamic between Momo and Okarun is bound to lead to unexpected adventures.

Dandadan Episode 2 recap
The episode began with Momo in disbelief that Ken shared the same name as her ideal man, Ken Takakaru. Because of this, she gave Ken a new nickname–Okarun.
Momo decided to go home to rest after their previous encounter with aliens and the Turbo Granny ghost. However, when they arrived at her house, Okarun burst into flames, triggered by a protective spirit totem surrounding the residence.
To help Okarun, Momo removed the totem, allowing him to enter her home. Once inside her room, the two discussed their situation. Okarun blamed Momo for getting him cursed by the Turbo Granny, believing it all started when she challenged him with the existence of UFOs.
Momo argued that things only escalated because Okarun had approached her in the first place. Okarun had just been trying to make a friend and thought Momo might be that person since she had shown him some attention.
As they argued, an evil spirit arrived at Momo’s house, drawn by the fact that the protective totem had been removed. Momo and Okarun tried to escape but found themselves trapped inside. Suddenly, a poisonous black fog filled the residence, weakening them both.
The evil spirit accused Momo and Okarun of breaking a promise and attacked. Okarun then realized that the entity was an alien known as the Flatwoods Monster, a creature connected to a group of extraterrestrial beings called the Serpo.
Momo and Okarun prepared to fight the Flatwoods Monster with no other choice. Momo used her psychic powers to help Okarun tap into the curse inside him, giving him a new, more aggressive personality. However, Okarun was still too inexperienced to hold his own in the battle.
The Flatwoods Monster soon realized that Momo was the true threat and unleashed a fierce attack on her. Momo was thrown outside the house but pulled Okarun out with her.
Once outside, she quickly reapplied the protective totem, which destroyed the Flatwoods Monster. Despite their victory, the episode ended with Momo collapsing and Okarun losing control of the curse inside him.
