The episode opened with Okarun nervously heading to school, unsure of how he should approach Momo. To his surprise, she was waiting for him at the school entrance, though he initially assumed she was there for someone else. However, his doubts were dispelled when she followed him, teasing him for being late.

After their recent adventure, Momo shared with Okarun her new obsession with aliens before they parted ways to attend separate classes. Despite being bullied again, Okarun felt unbothered and happy to have Momo as a friend. Momo, meanwhile, was moping about, wishing she could talk about aliens with Okarun, who felt similarly.

Throughout the school day, the two tried to find each other but kept missing each other in passing. Their excitement gradually turned into worry as each wondered if they had done something to make the other uncomfortable or disinterested.

Eventually, they ran into each other, bumping heads and accidentally kissing. They admitted they had both been looking for each other, each mistakenly thinking the other was avoiding them.

At that moment, Momo’s friends showed up and pointed out the kiss, sparking an embarrassed exchange where each claimed they would never want to kiss the other. They ended the conversation by pretending they wouldn’t speak to each other, though Momo’s friends saw through their act.

Later, Okarun went to the bathroom and noticed that Turbo Granny’s curse wasn’t fully lifted yet. Meanwhile, Momo’s friends were teasing her about Okarun, and he soon appeared, asking to speak with her. Although he admitted he wanted to talk, Momo refused, even as her friends encouraged her to hear him out. Frustrated by her refusal, Okarun assumed she was embarrassed to be with him.

Dejected, Okarun walked away, leaving Momo’s friends to scold her for not acting true to herself. When school was over, Okarun ran into another student, who seemed friendly and even flirted with him.

Momo, who happened to walk by, initially wondered if Okarun had lied about having no friends but then got jealous upon seeing how cute the girl was. When she heard the girl mock Okarun as a loser who’d never spoken to a girl, Momo’s jealousy flared, and she used her powers to drop a giant washtub on the girl’s head, revealing the schoolgirl’s name to be Aira.

Momo then approached Okarun, subtly praising him while clearly throwing shade at Aira. On their walk home, Momo apologized for her behavior, explaining that she’d been embarrassed about the accidental kiss, not about being friends with him. Okarun then revealed that the reason he had wanted to talk was because his privates had disappeared again.

They headed to Momo’s house, where Seiko Ayase deduced that something was hiding inside Okarun’s soul. She began an exorcism ritual to transfer the presence into a nearby cat doll. Momo helped by pulling on the aura she saw within Okarun whenever it changed color.

The talisman on the cat doll then activated, signaling that the spirit had transferred successfully. However, the cat doll ran off, forcing Momo to track its aura with her powers and capture it. It was then revealed that the spirit was Turbo Granny.

Turbo Granny revealed that if they killed her, Okarun would never be returned to normal again. This enraged Okarun, triggering a sudden transformation to his Turbo Granny-powered depressed form.

Seiko explained that the fan she had used to strike him was meant to drive out evil spirits. Since Turbo Granny had clung tightly to Okarun’s body, only her consciousness was expelled, leaving her powers within him.

Momo then proposed a deal to Turbo Granny, suggesting that if she returned Okarun’s privates, they would help her regain her full powers. Momo felt some sympathy toward Turbo Granny, believing she might not be entirely evil, as her vengeful actions seemed rooted in the horrible things done to high school girls in Shono City.

Reluctantly, Turbo Granny agreed, though she admitted she didn’t currently have Okarun’s privates, explaining that she had dropped them somewhere.
