Dragon Ball Daima episode 9 recap
Episode 9 began with Panzy suggesting that the group stay at a hotel instead of camping outdoors. To conceal Goku’s identity, the group disguised him by putting a hat over his ears and storing the Dragon Ball he had acquired in a sack.
Upon arriving at the hotel, Goku removed the hat because it made his head itchy. This action drew the attention of other hotel guests, who recognized him as the one who had defeated the Tamagami.
Later that night, a disturbance in the hotel lobby caught the group’s attention. While they were distracted, an accomplice sneaked into Goku’s room and stole the Dragon Ball.
Fortunately, Panzy had placed a tracking device on the Dragon Ball. Using the tracker, Goku located the thieves and, with Glorio’s assistance, dispatched them and recovered the Dragon Ball.
While Goku and his group enjoyed a full night’s rest at the hotel, Vegeta’s group faced a setback similar to what Goku’s group had previously encountered: their ship was stolen. The theft was retaliation for an altercation Vegeta had the previous night.
Meanwhile, King Gomah and Arisu discovered that the Z Fighters they had turned into children were in the Demon Realm and had already obtained one of the Dragon Balls.
With Vegeta’s group stranded, Goku’s group decided to meet with them to update them on their progress. However, they couldn’t bring Vegeta, Bulma, and Piccolo along, as their ship lacked enough space.
After Goku’s group departed, the thugs who had stolen Vegeta’s ship returned, seeking revenge for the earlier conflict. Vegeta and Piccolo swiftly dealt with the attackers and retrieved their stolen ship.
Elsewhere, Dr. Arinsu and Marba planned to use Saibamen seeds to create a new Majin creature. By combining the strengths of various warriors and using Majin Buu’s essence, Dr. Arinsu created Majin Kuu.
The episode ended with Dr. Arinsu ordering Majin Kuu to defeat Tamagami Number One and retrieve the first Demon Realm Dragon Ball.
