The episode began with Goku and the Z Fighters suddenly turning into children. King Gomah, who had summoned Shenron, attempted to ask for a second wish but was denied.

Shenron explained that only regular users were granted three wishes, and as a first-time user, King Gomah was only entitled to one.

After his wish was granted, King Gomah took Dende with him back to the Demon Realm, intending to prevent Goku and the Z Fighters from reusing the Dragon Balls.

Realizing that their transformation was likely caused by Shenron, Goku, Piccolo, Supreme Kai Shin, and Kibito teleported to the Lookout. There, Master Popo informed them that mysterious figures from the Demon Realm had taken Dende.

It was also revealed that King Gomah’s right-hand man, Degesu, was Shin’s younger brother.

Goku suggested they immediately head to the Demon Realm to rescue Dende, but Shin explained they had no means of traveling there.

Shin then asked Kibito to teleport to the Supreme Kai world and retrieve a spaceship they could use to reach the Demon Realm. Unfortunately, the spaceship was too damaged to be of use. Goku suggested having Bulma inspect the ship, knowing her expertise in technology.

After examining it, Bulma estimated that she could repair it in ten days. In the meantime, Goku and the Z Fighters decided to use the time to adjust to their younger bodies.

While waiting for the repairs, Goku traveled to Korin’s Tower. Korin, the 800-year-old cat who had trained Goku in martial arts, had kept Goku’s Nyoibo staff at the top of the tower.

However, Korin revealed that he had given the staff to Master Roshi. Goku quickly made his way to Kame House to retrieve it.

Once he recovered the Nyoibo, Goku regrouped with Bulma, Vegeta, Piccolo, and the Kais. Piccolo explained that peaceful Namekians once lived in the Demon Realm but had left because they refused to be ruled over. Their discussion was interrupted by the sudden arrival of a mysterious spaceship at the Lookout.

The newcomer from the Demon Realm, Glorio, introduced himself to Goku and requested his help to defeat King Gomah. Glorio revealed that King Gomah was an evil Majin who had taken the throne after Supreme Demon King Dabura’s death.

Glorio also admitted that he had been observing Goku and his battles with Majin Buu from the Third Demon World and that King Gomah had been studying Goku’s past fights.

Supreme Kai Shin offered to accompany Glorio and Goku, as his younger brother was involved. However, before they could depart, Bulma requested to inspect Glorio’s spaceship to help expedite her repairs.

Vegeta, determined to join the mission, insisted on going with them, but the spaceship only had room for three passengers. Shin asked Vegeta to wait for the next trip to the Demon Realm once Bulma had completed her repairs.

The episode concluded with Goku prepared to explore a new world and face new challenges.
