A new Jujutsu Kaisen movie is set to captivate audiences in cinemas, expanding on the success of season 2’s Shibuya Incident arc.
This movie brings the acclaimed arc to the big screen, offering fans a chance to experience the anime’s breathtaking animation and unforgettable moments in theaters.
The Jujutsu Kaisen Shibuya Incident arc was a massive hit, captivating fans with its stunning animation and intense action sequences.
Its success was further solidified when the series won Anime of the Year 2024 at Crunchyroll’s annual Anime Awards.

To commemorate the release of the Shibuya Incident arc blue-ray and DVD volumes 4 and 5, the anime’s official X handle announced on March 4 that a portion of this acclaimed arc, specifically episodes 41 to 44, will be packaged for Japanese theaters.
This theatrical release will provide fans with a new experience as they won’t see the exact same episodes they watched when season 2 aired last year.

The highly anticipated theatrical release of Jujutsu Kaisen Shibuya Incident arc will be screened at 30 movie theaters nationwide in Japan for one week only, from March 29 to April 4, 2024.
The movie will include episodes 41 to 44, featuring intense battles and pivotal moments from the Shibuya Incident arc:
