One Piece live action budget total
Netflix allocated a budget of US$136 million for the first season of the One Piece live action series.
This sizable investment aligns with the efforts of the production team, who have crafted impressive replicas of elements from the One Piece universe, such as the Going Merry and Miss Love Duck ships, the Baratie restaurant, Arlong’s map room, and other locations.
One Piece live action budget per episode
The One Piece live action budget per episode is US$17 million, as indicated on their German website (Netflixwoche).
In the first season, which consists of eight episodes, Netflix has invested over US$136 million in production expenses. To put this into perspective, it’s approximately half of what the streaming giant spent on their most expensive show, Stranger Things season 4.
