However, just after the title card appeared, the final scene introduced an unknown character very briefly, leaving viewers intrigued and puzzled.

One Piece live action ending: Who is the character smoking and burning Luffy’s bounty poster in episode 8?
In the final scene of episode 8 of the One Piece live-action series, a mysterious character appears. They are smoking a cigar and staring at Monkey D. Luffy’s bounty poster. This character then places the lit end of their cigar onto the poster, causing it to catch fire.
The presence of two cigars on their right hand and the character’s unmistakable gray hair in this closing scene strongly indicate that this figure is very likely Smoker.
Who is Smoker in One Piece?
Smoker is a Marine officer with the rank of Vice Admiral. He is known for his strict adherence to justice and his pursuit of pirates and criminals.
Smoker is often seen smoking two cigars simultaneously and wields a weapon called the “Jitte,” which allows him to control smoke and create powerful smoke-based attacks.
Smoker first appeared in One Piece in Episode 48 of the anime series. In the manga, his debut is in Chapter 98. He is introduced as a Marine officer chasing after Luffy and his crew.
Who acts as Smoker in the One Piece live action?
Netflix has yet to disclose the actor chosen to portray Smoker in the One Piece live action series. With the show getting the green light for a second season, the identity of the actor set to play Smoker will be unveiled in the near future.
