Oshi no Ko season 1 recap
Oshi no Ko season 1 lays the groundwork for a thrilling story that intertwines idol dreams with rebirth mysteries.
The story begins with Goro, Sarina, and Ai. Goro is a doctor who cares for Sarina, a terminally ill patient, and Ai, a famous rising idol. Sarina succumbs to her illness, while Goro is murdered by Ai’s stalker.
Goro and Sarina are reborn as Ai’s twin children in a strange turn of events. While they don’t recognize each other, they retain memories of their past lives.
They are also unaware of their father’s identity, as Ai never revealed it to anyone.
In another shocking twist, Ai’s stalker tracks her down. Although she manages to save her twin children, she is tragically murdered in the process.
Miyako Saito, the wife of Ai’s manager, Ichigo Saito, steps in to become Aqua and Ruby’s primary caretaker.
As they grow up, Ruby dreams of becoming an idol like her mother, while Aqua is determined to unravel the mystery of his mother’s tragic death.
To achieve this, Aqua becomes a young actor and meets Kana Arima, a once-famous child actress who has lost some popularity.
After experiencing early success in his debut show, Aqua is invited to join a reality TV show called “We’re About to Fall in Love for Real,” where he meets Mem-Cho and Akane Kurokawa.
In his quest to learn more about Ai’s past, Aqua plans to gather information from various people in show business who worked with his mother during her idol days. Meanwhile, Ruby starts a new idol group called B-Komachi.
Season 2 continues the story with the Tokyo Blade arc, a new show Aqua is in with Kana and Akane, his two love interests.
