Based on Tatsuya Endo’s manga series, the Spy x Family anime follows Loid Forger, a master spy who must “build a family” to execute a crucial mission.
To infiltrate an elite school and get close to a high-ranking official, he adopts a young girl named Anya and marries a woman named Yor.
Unknown to Loid, Anya is a telepathic child, and Yor is a skilled assassin. This leads to a chaotic but heartwarming series of events as they handle their “fake” family life while keeping their true identities secret.
A collaboration between animation giants Wit Studio and CloverWorks brought the manga to life as an anime series. Two seasons were produced and released in 2022 and 2023.

Spy x Family season 3 arrives in October 2025 as part of the Fall 2025 anime season.
Building upon the previous seasons, fans can expect to see the Red Circus Arc, where Anya’s school bus is hijacked by a terrorist group, placing the Forger family in imminent danger.
