On his journey to find his brother, Kang Horyang consults a light bearer by the name of Xia Xia for information on his whereabouts. She directs him to the nearby ruins called The Hand of Arlen, advising him to venture forth with a team as the ruins are littered with traps.

However, Khun’s party is also at the ruins, looking for Cassano themselves. Khun’s party members move ahead to scout while disarming the upcoming traps. They run into Kang, however, and mistake him for his brother, as he, too, has the same wing mark on his shoulder. A battle breaks loose, with the intention of capturing the Living Ignition Weapon.

Viole, too, consults Xia Xia for information on Kang’s whereabouts. As he’s about to leave, Xia offers to be his guide (for a price, of course). As the two make their way to the ruins, Xia’s cloak slips off her head for a moment, revealing her rabbit ears.
