What is Jujutsu Kaisen about?

Jujutsu Kaisen is a Japanese manga series created by Gege Akutami. It began serialization in Weekly Shōnen Jump on March 5, 2018, and recently concluded with its final chapter, number 271, on September 30, 2024.

The anime adaptation of Jujutsu Kaisen was produced by the animation studio MAPPA. The first season premiered on October 3, 2020, and concluded on March 27, 2021, with 24 episodes.

Jujutsu Kaisen 0, a prequel film, was released in Japanese theaters on December 24, 2021. It later arrived in U.S. and Canadian theaters on March 18, 2022.
