You can acquire the Death Perception from its dedicated vending machine in The Tomb, located near a statue of a shield-bearing warrior at the Tombs point of interest.
On other maps, including Citadelle des Morts, Liberty Falls, and Terminus, Death Perception is exclusively available through the Der Wunderfizz machine. You can find the Der Wunderfizz at the following locations:
- Terminus: Located on the shipwreck at the front bow section.
- Liberty Falls: Found on the rooftop of the Savings and Loan Bank.
- Citadelle des Morts: Positioned on the top floor of the tavern in the spawn area.
