The LR 7.62 (LR 762) is the only bolt-action sniper rifle in the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 beta, and it is deadly in long-range combat.
To help you out, we’ll let you know about the best LR 762 loadout in Black Ops 6 beta so you can dominate the long-range fights.
However, while this sniper offers massive firepower, it’s not the easiest weapon to handle. This is why you need to use the right attachments to get the most out of it.

As the LR 762 can kill the enemy with a single shot if it lands on the upper body or the head, you don’t have to worry about improving its firepower. Instead, you can focus on improving its accuracy, mobility, and handling.
LR 762 attachments in Black Ops 6 beta
- Muzzle: Compensator
- Underbarrel: Ranger Handguard
- Magazine: Fast Mag 1
- Rear Grip: Commando Grip
- Stock: Light Stock
We’re not recommending an optic for the LR 762, as you should select one that suits your playstyle. If you like to stay in the corner of the map, you can opt for something that offers around 14x magnification. Otherwise, stick to something with multiple magnification options.
To boost the accuracy of the sniper, we’re using the Compenstaor muzzle. It improves vertical recoil control, making the weapon easier to handle after firing a shot.
Next, we’ve decided to go with the Ranger Handguard underbarrel, which not only improves horizontal recoil control but also increases sprinting and regular movement speeds. What does this translate to? Better accuracy and mobility.

As you can run out of bullets quickly with a sniper rifle, we’ve added the Fast Mag 1 to improve the reload speed. This way, you won’t have to worry about your targets disappearing while you’re reloading.
As you need to quickly aim your weapon as soon as an enemy is in front of you, we recommend using the Commando Grip. This will improve the aim down sight speed and sprint to fire speed, resulting in better handling.
Finally, for better hipfire movement speed and strafing movement speed, we’ve decided to use the Light Stock.
This was everything you needed to know about the best LR 762 loadout in Black Ops 6 beta.
