SVD, popularly known as the Soviet Sniper Rifle, is a tremendous long-range semi-automatic sniper option for players who are not confident in their sniping skills but want to use a weapon that can get them one—or two-shot kills.

With that said, let us check out the best loadout for the SVD sniper rifle in Black Ops 6.

Our best SVD loadout improves the weapon’s vertical recoil, kick reset speed, and overall accuracy to ensure that each shot counts.

Even if you miss one or two, the improved recoil control and kickback will let you land the next shot effectively.

Black Ops 6 SVD attachments

  • Muzzle: Ported Compensator, Compensator, or Suppressor (If you want to be stealthy)
  • Barrel: CHF Barrel
  • Underbarrel: Marksman Handguard or Ranger Handguard
  • Comb (Optional): Quickdraw Riser
  • Optics(Optional): Prismatech 4x or Remuda Range Finder
  • Fire Mods: Recoil Springs
  • Tactical: Prox Alarm
  • Lethal: Frag
  • Field Upgrade: Assault Pack
  • Perks: Ghost, Engineer, and Vigilance

Regarding the SVD’s Muzzle attachment, we recommend using the Ported Compensator for better recoil control on the first shot.

But, as we mentioned earlier, if you are not good with your shots, you must use the regular Compensator instead, as it dramatically improves the vertical recoil control.

The Suppressor is the best Muzzle attachment pick for players who can handle slight recoil but want to be more stealthy.

Now, talking about the Barrel attachment, the CHF Barrel will increase the damage multipliers for the lower torso and arms hit at the cost of ADS and vertical recoil control that we have balanced out using other attachments.

The CHF Barrel will be more beneficial to new players. While the SVD headshots are one-shot kills, for body shots it takes two bullets. But with the said barrel, you can get one-shot kills by even hitting the lower torso or arms.

The Comb attachment is optional for players who want to use the SVD for quick scope kills, as the attachment significantly improves the ADS speed. The same is true for the Optics attachment.

The SVD’s base optic is good, and since most maps in Black Ops don’t need that extra magnification, using anything between 4x and 6x is fine.

When it comes to Fire Mods, using the Recoil Springs will help you reduce the vertical and horizontal recoil.

That concludes our guide on the best SVD loadout in Black Ops 6.
