Now, they have finally decided to lift the curtain from Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies and have given us a glimpse of what we can expect from it.
As we’re getting closer to the release of the upcoming Call of Duty game, the developers are sharing new details to increase the hype for it.
The announcement comes directly from the official Call of Duty blog, where the developers have shared exciting details about the Zombies mode.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies story details
According to the blog post, the story continues the Dark Aether storyline, and you can get an idea about the latest situation below.
The former members of Requiem have finally managed to escape from the remote outpost where they were imprisoned for the last five years.
They escaped thanks to help from a Filipina smuggler and a former enemy. However, they aren’t able to enjoy their freedom for long, as they’ve been met with another chaotic situation, the outbreak.
Terminus Island has now become the epicenter of another major outbreak, and the same has been reported for the West Virginian town of Liberty Falls.
New Black Ops 6 Zombies cinematic trailer
The blog post is accompanied by a cinematic trailer, which focuses on all of the above and introduces us to the new characters in Black Ops 6 Zombies. These include Grigori Weaver, Oskar Strauss, Mackenzie ‘Mac’ Craver, Elizabeth Grey, Stoney Maddox, Maya Aguinaldo, and Dr. William Peck.

Activision has also confirmed that on August 8th, which is today, they will be sharing important details about the gameplay.
You can expect to see an “in-depth gameplay overview, information about your pre-match preparation options, full details on Round-Based Zombies gameplay, and a bestiary of the undead.”
