This type of elimination is exactly what it means — you need to be mid-air while getting a kill. Though it is pretty straightforward, it’s not that easy to get it.

The more common way to get this kind of kill is by jumping from high structures and platforms. But, unless you’re insanely skilled, it’s pretty much a hit or miss.

A more efficient way to get Midair Kills is by bunny-hopping in the game or jumping continuously while aiming down sight. Though it’s not as useful as in previous games, it is a pretty easy method.

To do this, you’ll have to be constantly jumping while roaming the map and landing a few kills.

You’ll know you’ve made a Midair Kill when the “Jumpshot” notification pops up as soon as you’ve gotten a kill.

Entering matches in small maps playlists significantly increases your chance of getting this type of elimination, since the areas are small and the players are crammed together.

You can alternate between jumping from platforms and bunny-hopping to score Midair Kills.
