This a specialized fire mod attachment designed for the AEK-973 marksman rifle, transforming it into a fully automatic weapon chambered in 5.45×39mm rounds. While this conversion enhances the rifle’s rate of fire, it comes at the cost of slightly reduced damage output and effective range.
Upon equipping the Full Auto Mod, the AEK-973 automatically loads the standard 5.45mm caliber magazine and grants access to the 5.45 Extended Mag I attachment, providing 45 rounds for sustained engagements. However, it’s important to note that once this fire mod is installed, you will be locked out of using any other magazine attachments.
How to unlock Full Auto Mod
This special attachment is one of the 12 standard rewards in The Terminator event, which runs from February 6 to February 20, 2025.
To unlock the Full Auto Mod, you need to collect a total of 50 Skulls during the event. Engage in Multiplayer and Zombies modes to eliminate enemies and earn Skulls. In Warzone, Skulls can be obtained by and opening Supply Caches.
Once you’ve gathered the required Skulls, navigate to the event page in the game menu and exchange them for the attachment.
How to equip Full Auto Mod
Go to the Loadout section under the Weapons tab and select the AEK-973 marksman rifle.
In the Gunsmith, locate the fire mod attachment slot and equip the Full Auto Mod to convert the AEK-973 into a fully automatic weapon.
While this fire mod enhances the firing rate of the AEK-973, it introduces a steady upward recoil. To maintain accuracy during sustained fire, apply slight downward pressure on your aim.
