The JAK Lance is the second aftermarket part introduced in Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone Season 6.
This fresh attachment is specifically tailored for the Modern Warfare 2 shotgun, the MX Guardian.
In this ONE Esports guide, we break down the effects of the JAK Lance, and provide you with complete details on how to unlock it in the game.
JAK Lance in MW3 and WZ: Pros and cons
This conversion kit upgrades the MX Guardian with a pressurized magazine, allowing it to fire three ballistic rivets per rotation. This powerful bolt-projectile system delivers devastating damage, capable of securing single or even multiple kills with one shot.
In addition to its offensive capabilities, it enhances hipfire accuracy, tightens the tactical stance spread, and boosts aim walking speed, making it ideal for aggressive close-quarters combat.
However, these benefits come with notable drawbacks. The aftermarket part significantly lowers the fire rate, bullet velocity, and overall movement speed, reducing the shotgun’s mobility and medium-range effectiveness.
Moreover, it prevents the use of barrel, rear grip, ammunition, magazine, and trigger action attachments, limiting your choices to the muzzle, underbarrel, stock, laser, and optic options in customizing your build.
How to get JAK Lance
The conversion kit is unlocked by completing challenges during Week 2 of Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone Season 6.
