The best Lachmann Sub loadout for Modern Warfare 2 — attachments and tuning

With the latest update to Modern Warfare 2, it’s time to make sure you’re playing with the best Lachmann Sub loadout you can be.

Luckily for you, Call of Duty expert Hero recently released a video going over what he believes to be the most powerful Lachmann Sub loadout you can use to dominate Modern Warfare 2 lobbies.

With this Lachmann Sub build, you’ll be competing with the best in Modern Warfare 2

Hero starts things off with the powerful XTEN RR-40 muzzle. This one adds a lot to the Lachmann Sub thanks to its increased sound suppression, bullet velocity, damage range, and recoil smoothness.

The sound suppression allows you to stay off the minimap, and with ghost, you become pretty difficult to locate.

Moving on to the laser, it’s the VLK LZR 7MW that makes the cut. This laser is all about speed and offers increased aim-down-sight speed, aiming stability, and sprint-to-fire speed.

He does also offer the 1MW quick Fire or the Accu-Shot 5MW as alternative options. You will lose the sprint-to-fire benefit, however.

For the underbarrel, the XTEN Nexus grip is the attachment of choice. This grip provides greater aiming idle stability and recoil stabilization at the cost of a little aim-down-sight speed (-5ms).

The Lachmann TCG-10 slides in for the rear grip slot. This is another attachment focused on improving the recoil of the SMG. Given SMGs tend to have a bit more kick to them, the better control, the more bullets you’ll be landing on your opponents.

Hero upgrades the default 30-round mag the weapon comes with to the 40-round mag. He thinks the 10 extra bullets “can make or break the difference of getting into an additional gunfight.”
