One weapon is absolutely dominating Modern Warfare 3 in the Call of Duty League 2024 season, and it’s not even close.

The MW3 MCW is a force to be reckoned with the CDL 2024 is proving it
The information brought forward by FaZeCoDMuse on X (formerly Twitter) provides a look at just how dominant the MW3 MCW has been despite many fans thinking SMGs are the real threat.
According to the post on X, at the time of publishing, 67.96% of all kills had been with the MCW across the league.
When it comes to the maps and modes, Terminal Hardpoint took the cake with a ridiculous 88.83% of all kills on the combination being with the powerful assault rifle. Next up is Invasion Control with 80.06%, Sub Base Hardpoint with 79.26%, Highrise Control at 75.73%, and Invasion Hardpoint rounding out the top five at 71.94%.
While the SMGs are normally touted for being the real slayers of Call of Duty in recent years thanks to how deadly they can be, there is no doubt the current meta is all about the MCW assault rifle.
With tuning being removed in MW3, fans can now use the same attachments without any adjustments as their favorite CDL professionals in their own lobbies.
