New perks, equipment, killstreaks, and aftermarket parts in MW3 season 4
New perks, equipment, and killstreaks are accessible on season’s launch.
- Mission Control Vest — Equipment slots (six): Tactical, Lethal, Field Upgrade, Gloves, Gear (two); reduces kills required by one and score required by 125 for killstreaks; earn one kill or 125 score for every two kill or cross fire assists.
- Compression Plate (Gear) — Immediately regenerate health after a primary, secondary, or Throwing Knife/Throwing Star kill. Objective captures also trigger health regeneration.
- Intelligent Munitions Systems/IMS (Killstreak) — Requires seven kills or 875 score; this is loaded with smart explosives that eliminate enemy personnel and vehicles within range. When triggered, it will eject an explosive upwards, which then locks onto its target and propels towards them.
- Loitering Munition (Killstreak) — Requires eight kills or 1,000 score; an unmanned rocket equipped drone loiters over the targeted areas. On each activation the drone selects the targeted location with the largest number of viable targets to bombard with rockets. Can be activated up to three times.
- Missle Drone (Killstreak) — Requires 11 kills or 1,375 score; a small, piloted drone controlled by the player that fires guided missiles.
- DNA Bomb (Killstreak) — Required kills and score are not yet disclosed; once you’re granted this killstreak, you can detonate it, eliminating all players on the opposing team. But unlike the MGB, the it does not conclude the match.
Moreover, there are eight new aftermarket parts, which can be acquired by completing weekly challenges.
- JAK Harbinger Kit for M4 assault rifle
- JAK Gunslinger for Basilisk handgun
- JAK Volkh for KV Inhibitor sniper rifle
- JAK Scimitar Kit for FJX Horus submachine gun
- JAK Thumper-656 for RGL-80 launcher
- JAK Requiem for Kastov 762 assault rifle
- JAK Decimator for Lachmann Shroud submachine gun
- JAK Intimidator for Renetti handgun
After completing eight weekly challenges, you will earn the “Shear Modulus” ripple-animated mastery weapon camo, pulsating with DNA strands.
