The short answer is no. You cannot play MW3 Zombies split screen, as the mode can only be played over the internet with friends or randoms up to four players, including you.
While most of the previous iterations of Zombies in the CoD franchise offered a seamless split screen experience, where players just needed to connect an extra controller to start playing together on the same screen, MW3 Zombies does not support this feature.
Technically speaking, MW3 Zombies is more of a DMZ game mode with zombies than the traditional Zombies experience we are used to in Call of Duty.
On that note, a split screen mechanic might not work due to rendering and hardware limitations.
Whether it is technical limitations or just a feature simply ommited by Activision, at the moment, MW3 Zombies doesn’t offer any split screen support like its predecessors.
