How to get toxic damage kills in MW3 Zombies
So how does a toxic damage kill work? The answer depends on whether you are using the Experimental Gas or the Brain Rot ammo mod.
In MW3 Zombies, you can get toxic damage kills using the Experimental Grenade tactical and the Brain Rot ammo mod.
Depending on whichever you have unlocked and have ready in your loadout, you can use them to get the toxic damage kills.
For the first one, throw the Experimental Gas grenade on a group of enemies, and as they kneel in the gas, they’ll get staggered and take a small amount of damage. That’s your cue. Kill them with your weapon, and it will count towards a toxic damage kill.
On the other hand, for the Brain Rot ammo mod, you must first equip it on your weapon. You can do this by simply clicking on the mod. After that, start shooting zombies. They will not only take toxic damage, but one of them will also turn into an ally that starts attacking nearby enemies, eventually exploding and giving you another toxic damage kill.
How to get Experimental Gas in MW3 Zombies
To get the Experimental Gas grenade in MW3 Zombies, complete five daily challenges while having the Armory Unlock active in the “Gears” section. Doing so will unlock the Experimental Gas grenade you can equip before dropping in a match.
You can also search caches and kill zombies, which is one of the best ways of obtaining Experimental Gas while in a match. Regular zombies in the starting zone also drop Experimental Gas tactical.
How to get Brain Rot ammo mod in MW3 Zombies
You can get Brain Rot ammo mod by completing contracts, searching Aether Caches after clearing Aether Nests and Infested Strongholds and through its schematics.
While getting the Brain Rot ammo mod without the schematics depends on RNG, during our runs, it was a common drop from reward rifts and Aether Caches.
