Warzone Mobile cross-platform play and cross-progression
In the blog post announcing its worlwide launch, the developers confirmed that Warzone Mobile supports cross-progression, provided that you use the same Activision account across different platforms.
This means that the majority of your Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone content is transferred to your Warzone Mobile account and vice versa.
This includes player level, prestige, earned XP, weapons, camos, store purchases, as well as battle pass progress and rewards, including the BlackCell version.
There is also a shared friends list, chat channels, and more social features across platforms.
In another blog update for Warzone Mobile, the game developers disclosed their plans to use chevrons and symbols.
These serve as indicators, distinguishing between content or game elements shared with MW2 and MW3, and those exclusive to Warzone Mobile, PC, and console versions.
Similarly to Call of Duty Mobile, certain items within the game are assigned rarity levels, ranging from Common to Legendary.
However, Warzone Mobile does not feature cross-platform play, thereby restricting players from engaging with others who are gaming on PC or console platforms.
