Most likely the last season before the launch of Modern Warfare 3, fans are expecting a lot. With the November 10 launch of Modern Warfare 3 looming, the first look at the new campaign dropped today.
Modern Warfare Season 6 is likely set to be a farewell to the title.
When is Modern Warfare 2 Season 6 releasing?
Modern Warfare 2 Season 5 and the Reloaded update introduced tons of new content, including new modes, new maps, new events, DMZ updates, Fort Resurgence, three new weapons, an updated battle pass, and more.
The Season also brought a new operator skin for Snoop Dogg, followed by Nicki Minaj, 21 Savage, and Lara Croft operator bundles.
While there’s no official answer to the question of when is Modern Warfare 2 Season 6, there are ways to speculate with some certainty.
Based on the Battle Pass timer within the game, fans can expect that the sixth season of Modern Warfare 2 will launch on Wednesday, September 27. If all holds as normal, the servers will update at roughly 9 am PT / 12 pm ET / 5 pm BST.
Outside of the Battle Pass timer, that would be pretty much par for the course on updates coming around two months after the previous and landing on a Wednesday.
Barring any delays, fans should expect Modern Warfare 2 Season 6 to launch as predicted above.
