If you’re looking to make sure you’re ready to go when Counter-Strike 2 launches, then you’ll want to make sure you have the minimum system requirements.
CS2 system requirements been revealed, and while they’re not exceptionally high, it’s certainly a step up from the previous. It’s thought that the new iteration will require slightly better computers than the current version, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, but not by much.

The game launched in the October 2023, after a relatively lengthy limited test.
The game is free-to-play at launch, so you can save that money to upgrade your computer if it’s needed once reviewing the system requirements.
Below you can find the requirements provided by Valve for Windows, macOS, SteamOS, and Linux when it comes to the new title. If you meet these, there’s a solid chance you will also be able to play well enough to enjoy it.
