Maria Zhang is Suki’s actress in Netflix’s Avatar live action adaptation.
She is a 24 year-old Polish-born Chinese actress.
Maria previously starred in short films Continuum (2018), Dear Mom (2019), and All I Ever Wanted (2021).
In 2024, she landed the role of Suki, the leader of the Kyoshi Warriors and Sokka’s love interest in Netflix’s Avatar: The Last Airbender.

In the series, Suki makes her debut in season one, episode two, titled “Warriors.” She is one of the first side characters encountered by Aang, Katara, and Sokka on Kyoshi Island.
