On day two of the The International (TI10) main stage, brothers Syed Sumail “SumaiL” Hassan and Yawar “YawaR” Hassan will be going head-to-head in an intense lower bracket elimination best-of-three series.
With less than 24 hours to prepare for their elimination match, who will come out on top and stay in the running for the TI10 Aegis?
Since earning his TI5 title, SumaiL is within reach of his second Dota 2 championship alongside OG
A familiar name in the Dota 2 scene, SumaiL began his career with Evil Geniuses back in early 2015.
Picked up as a talented young pub star with lots of potential, he went on to claim first place at TI5, instantly making him one of the richest teens in the esports world.
Since then, SumaiL has competed with numerous teams, including Quincy Crew, Team Liquid, and finally OG. Under the leadership of fellow TI Champion Johan “N0tail” Sundstein at TI10, fans are hopeful he could land within reach of his second TI title.

Having been to two prior TIs, YawaR has nothing to lose and everything to prove at TI10
The lesser known older brother, YawaR, hasn’t seen as much competitive Dota 2 success as his younger brother SumaiL.
Predominantly playing within the North American scene, his biggest achievements to date include a second place finish at MDL Changsha Major back in 2018, and a 7th-8th place finish at TI8 that same year, both with VGJ.Storm.
The 2021 DPC season looked promising for Quincy Crew, who managed to maintain a top two finish in the NA Upper division league and take games off prominent teams at both Majors.
Though YawaR may not be as flashy as SumaiL’s explosive gameplay, he offers Quincy Crew stability with safer playstyle to the advantage of Quinn “Quinn” Callahan’s aggression and space making prowess.

Set your clocks because SumaiL and YawaR are scheduled to play their elimination series on October 14 at 12:00 a.m. GMT+8 on the main TI10 stream.
