The 2021/2022 Dota Pro Circuit’s first Tour isn’t over yet. The DPC SA Winter Regional Finals, created to replace the canceled Winter Major, will feature the top four teams from South America in a battle for US$100,000 and 380 Dota Pro Circuit points.
Thunder Awaken’s new roster went undefeated, losing just one game to NoPing e-sports later into the season. SA’s powerhouses Infamous and beastcoast, along with newcomers APU King of Kings, fought their way into the Finals after tense final matches and tiebreakers.
