The first teams that will be competing in the Dota 2 DPC 2022 season have been announced, along with the Tours each team will be competing in. The new season is set to begin on November 29, 2021.
Valve has adjusted the following DPC 2022 season to include three Tours, with a single Tour comprised of one Regional League competition and one Major event. A Tour’s Regional League is split into Division I and Division II.
Teams in Division I will be competing for slots at the next Dota 2 Major, while teams in Division II are competing to qualify for Division I in the following Tour.
North America, Western Europe, and Eastern Europe’s participants have already been announced, while China’s, Southeast Asia’s, and South America’s representatives have yet to be revealed.
Teams competing in the first DPC 2022 Tour
North America (ESL One)
ESL One will be the official organizer for all the Regional Leagues in North America. North American teams that wish to compete in the first Dota 2 tour can join the first Open Qualifier or the second Open Qualifier by ESL One.

Eastern Europe (Epic Esports Events)
Epic Esports Events will be the official organizer for all the Regional Leagues in Eastern Europe. Teams from this region that wish to compete in the first Dota 2 tour can join the first Open Qualifier, the second Open Qualifier, or the third Open Qualifier by Epic Esports Events.
