CIS powerhouses, Natus Vincere and Virtus.pro, have qualified for the ESL One Los Angeles Major.
Despite both teams undergoing sudden roster changes days before the qualifiers started, both teams managed to dominate their respective Group Stage matches.
Na’Vi finished first place in Group B with a 6-2 record with convincing wins over Team Spirit and forZe. The team has performed well with their new stand-in player Semion “CemaTheSlayer” Krivulya.
Na’Vi then defeated Cyber Legacy 2-1 in the semifinals match of the Playoffs. The team then secured their spot to the LA Major by dominating strong CIS contenders HellRaisers, 2-0.

VP took the top spot in Group A by going undefeated throughout the entire Group Stage. They defeated CIS rivals Gambit Esports and Cyber Legacy — formerly known as jfshfh178.
VP then lost to HellRaisers during their semifinals match. But the team bounced back and dominated the lower bracket of the playoffs by defeating Cyber Legacy in the semifinals. The team got their revenge on HellRaisers by outplaying them 2-0 in the finals to qualify for the LA Major.
Natus Vincere and Virtus.pro are among the 16 teams that are set to compete at the ESL One Los Angeles Major, which will take place from March 15-22. The tournament offers a US$1 million prize pool and a 15,000 DPC point pool.
