Alliance defeated Natus Vincere (Na’Vi), 2-1, in their Upper Bracket matchup in DreamLeague Season 13: The Leipzig Major Playoffs, on the back of a masterful performance by Nikolay “Nikobaby” Nikolov on Lifestealer in the deciding game three of the series.
With the series tied at one game apiece, Alliance picked Lifestealer for their rising star carry player and gave him a perfect start by ensuring he had a free lane to farm from the get-go.
Nikobaby promptly repaid his teammates’ support as he was able to build Maelstrom at the 6-minute mark — a record in pro play — to become an unstoppable force.

Nikobaby combined with Linus “Limmp” Blomdin’s Puck to further exert their team’s dominance, as he made good use of his Infest ultimate to join his mid player’s initiations to quickly close the distance with Na’Vi’s heroes and shred them to pieces.
Alliance’s star carry player finished with a perfect 15-0-5 KDA to secure the series win over Na’Vi after 37 minutes.
With their win, Alliance move on to the next round of the Upper Bracket where they will be facing one of the tournament favorites in Team Secret.
Meanwhile, Na’Vi drop down to the Lower Bracket where they will be going up against Team Liquid.
