ONE Esports, together with IO Esports, will be hosting the ONE Esports Dota 2 SEA League.
Qualifiers start on June 4, with the main league starting on June 18. The tournament will conclude with playoffs taking place from July 15-19 to find out just who’s the best in Southeast Asia.
The tournament will consist of seven invited teams – Team Adroit, Boom Esports, Fnatic, Geek Fam, Reality Rift, T1, and TNC Predator — along with the top three teams from the ONE Esports regional online qualifiers, which will be open to all players in the Southeast Asia server (which includes Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Korea).
The first qualifier set will be played on June 4-5 in a best-of-one series until the semifinals (Top 4), which will be a best-of-three format. The two winners from the semifinals will qualify for the ONE Esports Dota 2 SEA League. Sign up here.
The second qualifier starts on June 6 and follows the same format: Best-of-one until the semifinals, and with the semifinal winners playing for the last remaining slot on June 7. Sign up here.
The main SEA League will start on June 18 with matches played in a round-robin best-of-two format over 16 days. After the season ends, the bottom two teams will be eliminated, and the rest of the teams will proceed to the playoffs taking place on July 15-19.
The playoffs will be a double elimination best-of-three format, except for the grand final, which will play out in a best-of-five. For the full schedule, head over to our event site here.
