The International is Dota 2’s biggest tournament of the year. It pits 18 teams from around the world that qualified through the DPC or the Regional Qualifiers.
Out of the 18 teams, only 16 will advance to the playoffs. After three days of group stage matches, Thunder Predator has been eliminated, and will not advance to the playoffs.

Thunder Predator thanks fans for their support
This is the first time for Thunder Predator to attend The International. The team managed to qualify to TI10 after an excellent showing in both seasons of the DPC, and at the ONE Esports Singapore Major.
Unfortunately, Thunder Predator was unable to replicate their earlier success here at TI10. The team released a TwitLonger thanking their fans for their support.
“We thank everyone who has supported us up to here and more than ever those who still feel part of us. Without you, everything would be more difficult,” They wrote on TwitLonger.
Teams and community figures show love and encouragement towards Thunder Predator
Thunder Predator’s exit prompted an out show of support from other teams attending TI10, as well as notable community figures.
OG, Alliance, Quincy Crew, and Evil Genuises all released Tweets to motivate the South American juggernauts.
Notable Dota 2 community figures also took the chance to cheer for Thunder Predator. TI10 talents Kasumi “Sumichu” Yogi and Michelle “Moxxi” Song, as well as Dota 2 caster Leon “Arthur” Lee Wei Yip took to Twitter to tweet their support.
The TI10 group stage will enter its final day on October 10. The playoffs will begin on October 12. Catch all the matches broadcasted live on the Dota 2 International official Twitch channel.
