Now, if leakers are to be believed, it appears anyone would be able to turn into the giant monster if they can survive the rift. Turning into the Kaijo himself will not only be a visual flex, but it comes with incredibly powerful abilities.
Godzilla collaboration kicks off on January 17, but ahead of that, leakers have shared valuable information to help players prepare for the event. Among many leaks, Godzillas abilities in Fortnite have caught fans’ eye.
What are Godzillas abilities in Fortnite?
The update will allegedly arrive with a Godzilla-themed Mythic item that, when equipped, will turn the player into the giant beast. The Mythic-wielder will then gain the ability to stomp, roar, and beam.
According to Hypex, players will be able to take the shape of Godzilla and can use their giant size to their advantage by stomping on POIs, enemies, and virtually anything in their path. But that’s not all.
Players can also let out a devastating beam attack capable of incinerating all obstacles in its way. Combined with Godzilla’s bone-chilling roar, this transformation promises an earth-shaking experience.
While it all sounds incredibly powerful, obtaining Godzilla’s Mythic is unlikely to be a walk in the park. In fact, it may even be a tad more difficult than previous Mythics.
Unfortunately, the exact method for unlocking this ability remains a mystery. However, leakers speculate that players may need to enter some sort of portal to gain access to it.
