What is an Epic Games display name?

Your Epic Games display name is the name that appears on your account on the Epic Games Launcher when you play any of our games on PC/Mac, Switch, or mobile.

You can change your display name once every two weeks.

How to change your Fortnite name?

Follow these steps to change your in-game name:

  1. Visit your account’s Account Info page. Your email address must be verified before you can change your display name.
  2. In the box labeled Display Name, enter your desired new display name.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.

How to change your PSN online ID

You can change your PlayStation (PSN) online ID as many times as you want.

The first time is free. A charge applies for additional changes. Here are the steps:

  1. Sign in to Account Management and select Profile from the sidebar.
  2. Select Edit next to your current online ID.
  3. Enter a new online ID and select Check Availability. If your new online ID is available, select Continue.
  4. Choose if you would like to display your old online ID next to your new online ID for 30 days.
  5. Confirm your purchase of your new online ID. After you complete the change process, you’re signed out of all devices.
