To participate, players will need to collect six books by completing various in-game quests. These books will unlock a special glider inspired by Appa, Aang’s iconic sky bison.
Additionally, data mined by iFireMonkey from the Fortnite Application Programming Interface (API) suggests that an Aang skin will also be available as part of the collaboration.
It’s important to note that Epic Games has yet to release an official announcement regarding this rumored collaboration.
Avatar The Last Airbender is a beloved animated television series that originally aired on Nickelodeon from 2005 to 2008. Created by Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko, the show is set in a world where people can manipulate the elements — earth, water, fire, and air — known as “bending.”
The story follows Aang, the titular Avatar and last survivor of the Air Nomads, who must master all four elements to defeat the Fire Nation and bring balance to the world.
Alongside his friends Katara, Sokka, and later Toph and Zuko, Aang goes on a journey filled with adventure, humor, and profound themes of friendship, morality, and redemption.
The popularity of Avatar The Last Airbender has transcended its animated origins, making its mark in both film and television. In 2010, director M. Night Shyamalan helmed a live action adaptation, while another, an eight-episode series, was released by Netflix in 2024.
