Eventually, it was revealed that Dr. Doom was behind this chaos, having been surveying the island for some time. However, he has now betrayed Megalodon and hijacked the Leviathan’s plan to expose Pandora’s Box. Dr. Doom’s plan is to threaten Fortnite Island, turning it into another battleground for Marvel characters as they try to stop this new villain.

When and how to watch Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 live event
Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 live event has been officially confirmed to go live on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at 2 p.m. ET. This information came to light with the release of the v30.40 update, which incorporated a live-event countdown timer right next to the Brutal Beachhead location on Fortnite Island.
In order to watch the Chapter 3 live event, players must log in at least 60 minutes before the countdown timer ends in order to avoid long matchmaking queues.
About 30 minutes before the event, Epic Games will add a special mode option in the main menu which you can join to witness the Chapter 5 Season 3 live event.
