XP in Fortnite plays a crucial role in helping you earn rewards. Every time a new season starts, there’s a new Battle Pass which you can progress through.
There are a total of 100 tiers in the Battle Pass, and each one will reward you with a different item. To progress through the ranks, you’ll need plenty of XP.
Guide on how to get XP fast in Fortnite
In this ONE Esports guide, we’ll let you know how to get XP fast in Fortnite so you can get all Battle Pass rewards before a season ends.
How to get XP fast in Fortnite
Play as many matches as possible
While this might be pretty obvious, one of the quickest ways to get tons of XP in Fortnite is by playing as many matches as possible in the regular Battle Royale mode.
However, we aren’t just talking about landing at a spot, getting killed after a few minutes, and restarting the match. Instead, for XP, you need to keep surviving till the end of the match.
You’ll gain XP for each enemy that you kill. So, the more opponents you eliminate, the more XP you’ll get. On top of that, the amount of XP you get will increase as you progress through the Storms.
So, just focus on getting as many kills as you can while also focusing on keeping yourself alive. Drop at a safe spot, grab some loot, and keep an eye out for the Storm.
How to get XP fast in Fortnite — Complete Daily Challenges
Daily Challenges are a great way to easily get plenty of XP. You can find them in the Quests section.
These challenges are refreshed daily, and each one requires you to complete a different task.
For instance, one challenge might require you to damage opponents using the Dual Micro SMGs, while another will ask you to travel a certain distance while holding a boss medallion.
For each task, you can expect to earn anywhere between 1,000 to 5,000 XP.
So, keep an eye out for them and make sure to complete them every day. Otherwise, you can miss out on a good amount of XP.
How to get XP fast in Fortnite — Complete Weekly Challenges
Just like Daily Challenges, Weekly Challenges require you to complete a specific task in return for XP. The amount of XP you earn through them is significantly more than the daily ones, so keep them as a priority.
The tasks can include eliminating opponents with SMGs or Shotguns, damaging opponents while airborne, or something else. For each challenge completed, you’ll earn 20,000 XP.
The game adds new Weekly Challenges every Tuesday, and you have a whole week to complete them.
How to get XP fast in Fortnite — Don’t forget about Milestones
Milestones can also be found in the Quests section, and just like the Daily and Weekly Challenges, these also grant you a certain amount of XP for completing a specific task.
The task can be as simple as thanking the bus driver to surviving Storm circles. For each milestone, you’ll get 15,000 XP.
How to get XP fast in Fortnite — Try other modes
If you complete the Weekly Challenges of the regular Battle Royale mode, then you can simply jump into other game modes like Creative and Save the World.
Even by spending time in these two modes, you’ll earn XP. However, make sure to do some activity, as sitting idle won’t do anything.
Fortnite also allows you to jump into some other games, such as LEGO Fortnite, Festival, and Rocket Racing. Spending time in all three can also help with gaining XP.
In Fortnite LEGO, you can earn around 45,000 XP per 15 minutes, while Fortnite Festival rewards you with 48,000 XP after every 15 minutes.
The best part is that these games also have their own set of challenges to complete, so you can go through them if you’ve completed the regular ones.
How to get XP fast in Fortnite — Complete Survivor Medals
Survivor Medals can also help you earn a good chunk of XP in Fortnite by completing different challenges. Most of them focus on survival, such as reaching 40 players remaining with an elimination.
Each task will reward you with 20,000 XP, so you can level up quickly through them.
How to get XP fast in Fortnite — Go through every Kickstart Quest
Epic Games starts a new season with Kickstart Quests. These quests basically introduce you to everything new that has been added to the game, but you also earn a good amount of XP through them.
For instance, a Kickstart Quest might ask you to discover some new POIs, and when you do, you’ll get 20,000 XP in return. So, go through all of them to earn a massive amount of XP.
This was everything you needed to know about how to get XP fast in Fortnite.
