But, similar to the other quests, such as finding the Monarch’s secret, placing the beacons is challenging, especially for returning and new players.
So keep reading as we explain how and where to place the Kaiju detection beacons in Fortnite.

In Fortnite, there are four locations where you can place the Kaiju detection beacons.
All four lie at the four corners of the game’s map, as you can see in the above map screenshot.
How to complete place Kaiju detection beacons quest
To complete the quest, you must head to any of two of the four locations and interact with the silhouette of the detection beacons.
No matter which location you drop at, you can place only one beacon at each location and not more than that.
So head to the nearest beacon location, and once you are close, open the map and look for the white quest marker.
Once you spot it, head to its location, and you will find the area where you can place the Kaiju detection beacon.
After that is done, head to the next location. For that, we recommend finding and using a vehicle, as reaching the next beacon location takes much time on foot, and you might also die in the storm.
Once you reach the second beacon location, repeat the same step, look for the white quest marker, and interact with it to place the beacon.
