With the release of Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred DLC, players can hire Mercenaries in their journeys, giving you much-needed support when playing alone. In this article, we’ll be going over all Mercenaries in Diablo 4 and which is the best.
Mercenaries in Diablo 4 are basically non-playable characters that come with a specific set of abilities and skill trees that help you in combat and other aspects in Sanctuary. There are multiple Mercenaries to choose from but not all will gel well with your character.
Some Mercenaries go well with Necromancer and Barbarian, while others can couple well with Rogue or the newly introduced Spiritborn class.

Best Mercenary in Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred
The best Mercenary in Diablo 4 boils down to your builds and playstyle.
If you are a solo player, then Raheir can be a great choice as his Barrier ability can reduce incoming attacks, and increase armor and defensive buffs. This will make him act like a shield in front, absorbing all the attacks which will give you the space to deal damage from behind.
