Angelbreath in Diablo 4 is a rare herb that is used to craft several items but most importantly, to upgrade healing potions.
With the drop of the new Season of Hatred DLC, challenges have become fiercer with new demons and roaming around Sanctuary. And to face them, you must have enough healing potions at your disposal to recover quickly when things go south.
Diablo 4 Angelbreath guide
This is where the Angelbreath comes into play. Although occurring rarely, these herbs are pretty easy to farm. Do that and you will complete a Season Journey Objective from Chapter One.
Where to find Angelbreath in Diablo 4
You can find Angelbreath randomly all over Sanctuary as there aren’t any definite locations. Your best bet would be to unlock and hire one of the Mercenaries – Subo, the Bounty Hunter.
He has the ability to mark herbs on the map you can harvest and makes the job a lot more easier. However, simply harvesting them won’t be the best way to get them.
How to farm Angelbreath in Diablo 4
To stack up on Angelbreath, the best way is to farm these herbs. These are some of the ideal ways to farm Angelbreath in Diablo 4:
- Completing Nightmare Dungeons
- Completing Helltide events
- Completing Side Quests
Completing Nightmare Dungeons
Nightmare Dungeons is the first way you can farm this crafting material. Either you open a chest or kill enemies in one of these Dungeons, you could get some Angelbreath as there’s a certain chance of it dropping.
One way you can increase Angelbreath drop rate is by looking for the dungeons that have hordes of enemies. The more they appear, the merrier will you get.
Completing Helltide events
Participating in Helltide events (areas that are marked red on the map) and opening Tortured Gifts chests is by far the best way to farm Angelbreath in Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred. Although it’s not guaranteed that the herbs will drop every time you open a chest, it’s pretty much frequent.
The Blood Maiden also drops Angelbreath either in a bundle or separately from time to time. The best time for a Blood Maiden to drop is when multiple players are summoning them.
Alternatively, you may also increase the difficulty level to increase Angelbreath drop rates. However, if you’re a new or returning player, it’d be best if you play the game in Normal mode as the higher difficulty levels will bring in more challenges, such as stronger bosses and enemies.
Use of Angelbreath in Diablo 4
