What’s happening in the Assassin’s Creed x Balatro collaboration
Balatro’s latest free update injects Assassin’s Creed flair by replacing standard face cards with iconic assassins.
Players can now draw Ezio Auditore as the King of Spades, Jacob Frye as the Jack of Spades, and experience a preview of the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Shadows with Fujibayashi Naoe as the Queen of Spades.
Ezio Auditore is a beloved, charismatic Italian assassin and the central figure in several Assassin’s Creed games set during the Renaissance. His story is one of revenge and leadership within the Assassin Brotherhood.
Jacob Frye is a rebellious, action-oriented assassin in Victorian London. He leads a gang, The Rooks, and fights against Templar control alongside his twin sister, Evie, in Assassin’s Creed Syndicate.
