Destiny 2 Braytech Werewolf god roll guide
Destiny 2 Braytech Werewolf PvE god roll explained
The Braytech Werewolf god roll buffs its superb fire rate while ensuring your mag is always filled with Subsistence and Rewind Rounds.
PERK TYPE | PERK NAME & DESCRIPTION |
Barrel | Chambered Compensator: +10 Stability, +30 Recoil Reduction, -5 Handling |
Magazine | Armor-Piercing Rounds: +5 Range, Rounds cause extra damage to combatants’ shields and overpenetrate targets. |
Trait 1 | Subsistence: Defeating targets partially reloads the magazine from reserves. Or, Rewind Rounds: When this weapon’s magazine is empty, it refills from reserves based on the number of hits. |
Trait 2 | Kinetic Tremors: Sustained kinetic damage to a target emits a shockwave that damages any nearby targets Or, Kill Clip: Reloading after a kill grants increased damage. |
Masterwork | Stability / Reload Speed |
Origin Trait | Search Party: This weapon is granted faster aim down sights speed and movement speed while aiming down sights when no allies are near. |
Braytech Werewolf’s fire rate makes it perfect for clearing enemy groups. That said, it’s precision isn’t the best, so we’re opting for Chambered Compensator to control its recoil and improve stability in exchange for some directional speed.
Armor-Piercing Rounds lets you mow down tougher mobs in Destiny 2’s campaign, so we’re adding this Magazine to our Braytech Werewolf god roll.
Finally, we have the third and fourth column traits, which offer a bunch of hard-hitting options for Destiny 2 PvE.
Rewind Rounds and Kinetic Tremors are our top picks due to the insane damage potential against grouped enemies. But you can also set your sights on Kill Clip + Sustained Rounds, which rewards you with more ammo (and damage) per magazine, making it one of the best guns this season!
Destiny 2 Braytech Werewolf PvP god roll explained
The Braytech Werewolf only needs a few modifications to up your DPS – and survivability – in the Crucible.
PERK TYPE | PERK NAME & DESCRIPTION |
Barrel | Chambered Compensator: +10 Stability, +30 Recoil Reduction, -5 Handling |
Magazine | Armor-Piercing Rounds: +5 Range, Rounds cause extra damage to combatants’ shields and overpenetrate targets. |
Trait 1 | Dynamic Sway Reduction: Improves accuracy and stability while continuously holding down the trigger. Or, Rewind Rounds: When this weapon’s magazine is empty, it refills from reserves based on the number of hits. |
Trait 2 | Tap the Trigger: Grants a short period of increased stability and accuracy on initial trigger pull. Or, Zen Moment: Causing damage with this weapon reduces recoil and flinch over time. |
Masterwork | Stability / Reload Speed |
Origin Trait | Search Party: This weapon is granted faster aim down sights speed and movement speed while aiming down sights when no allies are near. |
Attachments remain unchanged, but we recommend a different selection for basic traits for the Crucible. Dynamic Sway Reduction and Rewind Rounds share the first slot for added accuracy during long engagements. You’ll rarely need the AOE when everyone’s running around the map.
Additionally, Zen Moment gives you the option for less flinch and recoil overtime, letting you land your shots with deadly accuracy when paired with Chambered and Dynamic Sway.
Finally, like most god rolls this season, pick the Stability Masterwork for better aiming overall. Rain death upon your foes, and make every shot count.
