Path of Exile 2 early access has arrived, and whether you’re a PoE 1 veteran or an avid Diablo 4 player hopping in to check a new dark fantasy ARPG, you can’t deny that inventory management is a bit of a mess in this game.

As such, in this guide we explain the best Path of Exile 2 stash tabs to buy to make sure you get the best bang for your buck.

While PoE 2 gets plenty right with its world-building and gameplay, inventory management can be infuriating. No one wants to hop back into Clearfell every ten minutes to sell or drop items, not to mention managing hundreds of useless items in your stash.

This is where Stash Tabs come in. And while they cost real money, having appropriate Stash Tabs can make PoE 2 a much smoother experience.

Thankfully, irrespective of which PoE 2 edition you purchased, you would have at least 300 coins to spend on microtransactions, which, in all honesty, is best spent on Stash Tabs. As such, this ONE Esports guide explains the best Stash Tabs you can buy in Path of Exile 2.

Stash Tabs to Buy in Path of Exile 2

You may want to buy the following Stash Tabs to make inventory management more efficient in early to mid-game in Path of Exile 2.

Stash tabs PoE 2 — Currency (75 coins)

The Currency Stash Tab in Path of Exile 2 can store up to 5000 currency items. These include Runes, Orbs, Shards, and Scrolls, among other things.

As you make your way through the PoE 2 campaign, you will gather plenty of these items, and most of the time, you may be reluctant to get rid of them, thinking they can be of use later.

With the Currency Stash Tab, you can store these items easily without worrying about running out of space. Additionally, items of a specific type will be grouped together, so you won’t have much trouble finding and picking something from the horde.

Buying the Currency Stash will also allow you to make this Tab public should you ever decide to sell your items on the game’s trade website.

Stash tabs PoE 2 — Premium Stash Tab bundle (240 coins)

If you’re deeply invested in Path of Exile 2 even before reaching the endgame, it could be worth buying the relatively expensive Premium Stash Tab bundle.

It will get you six extra Premium Stash, whose name and colors you can tweak to categorize your items.

Most importantly, you can set your Premium Stash public, so you can sell items directly to other players in the game instead of going to the trade website.

If you have reached the endgame in PoE 2, you may want to get the following Stash Tabs.

Stash tabs PoE 2 — Essence (40 coins)

As you progress through endgame and start to hone your build, you may want to use Essences to improve the quality of gear and add affixes to them.

While Essences are a rare drop in the early game, you will get tons of them as you explore the endgame Atlus maps.

It’s where an Essence Tab could come in handy, as it will allow you to store, sort, and choose the ones that you may need the most in a given situation.

Stash tabs PoE 2 — Unique Collection Tab (140)

The Unique tab will let you store and flex all the Unique items you have gathered so far in Path of Exile 2.

It will automatically categorize all items. For instance, all armor will be in the body armor category, whereas all helmets will be in the helmet category.

Most importantly, it will show a completion percentage over every category, so you can track how many Uniques you have left to acquire.
