Like other new Stasis weapons in Episode Revenant, Heretic’s Fervor can drop with Stasis-only perks like Rimesteale and Chill Clip.
However, Heretic’s Fervor god roll perk combinations are subclass-independent, making this an easy-to-pick Aggressive-Frame rocket launcher in Destiny 2.

The best PvE perk combinations for Heretic’s Fervor are Field Prep and Explosive Light in the third and fourth columns, respectively.
Field Prep can improve the general stats of the weapon like reload and stow speed, Explosive Light can improve Blast Radius.
Speaking of which, Linear Compensator for Barrel will also improve this weapon’s Blast Radius, thus allowing you to deal more damage overall.
Alternatively, if you’re a solo player, you could go with Lone Wolf in the third column. Harmony in the fourth column is also a decent choice for boosting weapon damage.

The best PvP perk combinations for Heretic’s Fervor are Tracking Module and Chill Clip in the third and fourth column, respectively,
Tracking Module can improve accuracy by adding target locking, whereas Chill Clip can slow nearby Guardians, and provide a tactical advantage to you and your fellow teammates.
Blast Radius is the primary stat to focus on, but you may also want to improve Velocity and Reload Speed via Barrel and Magazine perks.
