Destiny 2’s pinnacle crucible event, Iron Banner, returns in Destiny 2 Episode Revenant Act 2. From new PvP-centric weapons to a new armor set, there will be plenty to farm when Lord Saladin’s test of trial returns.

When is the Destiny 2 Revenant Iron Banner release date?

Iron Banner will return to Destiny 2 on November 26, 2024, at the weekly reset time. It should conclude on December 9, 2024, also at the weekly reset time.

It’s worth pointing out that Iron Banner was supposed to kick off earlier in November, but for some unknown reason, Bungie delayed the return of Old Wolf in Episode Revenant. 

What can you expect from Iron Banner in Destiny 2?

Like always, Iron Banner will return with a limited-time Crucible game mode, armor set, and weapons. The new armor set is draped in golden and blue, and you can look at all its three variants above. 

As for the weapons, you can expect two new weapons in the Iron Banner loot pool.
These are: 

Tinasha’s Mastery (Stasis Rocket Frame sidearm)

  • Column 3: Air Trigger, Offhand Strike, Deconstruct, Enlightened Action, Impulse Amplifier, 

Loose Change, Reverberation

  • Column 4: Adagio, Baith and Switch, Chill Clip, Desperate Measures, Frenzy, One for All, Surrounded

Archon’s Thunder (Stasis High-Impact machine gun)
