How to get Perfect Pitch god roll SMG
The Perfect Pitch is a new ritual weapon, and you can get a curated roll by reaching rank 16 vendor rank for Zavala, Lord Shaxx, or the Drifter. Sadly, it’s the only way to get this precision-frame SMG.
Naturally, reaching rank 16 vendor rank for can be tedious, especially this season, as Bungie has removed traditional vendor bounties for an elaborate progression system called Pathfinder.
Hence, it should take a substantial amount of grind to get the Perfect Pitch SMG.
Destiny 2 Perfect Pitch PvE god roll explained
Since SMGs aren’t fan-favorites in Crucible, we focus our Perfect Pitch god roll on PvE only.

As you can only get a curated roll of the Perfect Pitch, the perk combinations are quite limited.
For Barrel and Magazine, we recommend Smallbore and Light Mag, respectively, for increased range, stability, and reload speed – all essential attributes for an SMG.
For the first column perk, we recommend Subsistence since it can partially reload the magazine on kill. It’s easily one of the most useful first column perks, especially for SMGs.
For the second column perk, Incandescent is an easy choice. It’s easily the best perk solar 3.0 perk. The last time I saw Incandescent on an SMG was Calus Mini-Tool, which is another reason to get it, especially if you don’t have a god roll for that.
As for Masterwork, Range is always the best option for SMGs.
Perfect Pitch has three origin traits – Vanguard’s Vindication, One Quiet Moment, and Gun and Run.
Among these, Vanguard’s Vindication is the most efficient, as it can restore 10% of your HP on final blows. It’s not as good as Red Death Reformed’s Redemption perk, but it’s still worth having.
